proprio adesso sono nella hall dell'hotel e sto aspettando di fare il check-out e poi andrò alla stazione per prendere il treno e tornare a Pechino.
Sono stati 4 giorni davvero belli e intensi, ho visto praticamente tutta la città e devo dire che in pochi giorni si riesce a visitarla tutta.
Le principali attrazioni sono la Piazza del 4 Maggio, il molo, Badaguan che è una area lussureggiante ed è ideale per delle passeggiate soprattutto d'estate, diciamo pure una sorta di pineta, la Chiesa cattolica di San Michele, Taidong che è è il distretto dello shopping e la città della birra con la Qingdao beer street.
Ci sarebbe molto altro da vedere come il monte Laoshan e i vari tipi di spiaggia come la Golden Sand Beach, ma questo richiedeva un clima migliore e più estivo.
Mi ha colpito molto questa città perché è un mix tra la cultura tedesca e quella cinese, la maggior parte delle case richiama la struttura tipica delle case tedesche infatti sembra di stare in una città della Germania ma la componente cinese è quella che prevale con i suoi mercati tipici soprattutto mercati del pesce.
Vicino al molo c'è una sorta di città sotteranea del mercato del pesce, molto stile chinese, quindi immaginatevi una sorta di mensa dove la nostra Asl non metterebbe mai piede. Qui finalmente ho potuto rigustare i famosi Guotie (锅贴) che avevo mangiato a Nanjing e sono un particolare tipo di ravioli, vengono prima cotti al vapore e dopo fritti leggermente per dare una leggera doratura. E sono tipici del sud della Cina.
Pensate che 15 pezzi 10 yuan cioè 1.30€ e abbiamo pranzato in due. Quanto adoro la Cina in queste cose!!!
L'unica pecca è stato il tempo, perché sebbene c'era il sole e grazie al cielo che c'era, qui il vento è davvero gelido e fastidioso. Ma a parte questo ne è valsa davvero la pena visitare questa città.
E ora si torna a Pechino.

Right now I am in the hotel lobby waiting to checkout and then I will go to the station to take the train back to Beijing.
It has been a truly beautiful and intense 4 days, I have seen practically the whole city and I should say that you only really need a few days to see the whole of Qingdao.
The main attractions are: May 4th Square, the pier, Badaguan (a park like area especially good for summer strolls), Saint Michael's Catholic Church, Taidong (shopping district) and the beer city with Tsingtao beer street.
There are other things to see also like Laoshan mountain and many beaches like the golden sand beach, however to go to these beaches would need a warmer, more summer like temperature.
I have been really impressed by this city because it hosts a mix of both Chinese and German culture. The majority of the houses here remind me of typical German houses. Actually sometimes it feels like I am in a city in Germany. However, the Chinese attributes still remain especially when you visit the markets, most of all the fish markets.
Near the pier there is a sort of subterranean fish market city, very Chinese style. Here, finally, I have had the chance to eat again the famous Guotie (锅贴) . I have already tried these in Nanjing and are delicious. They are a kind of dumpling which are first steamed and then fried slightly to give a little crunch. They are typical from the south of China.
Think that 15 pieces of Guotie cost 10 yuan, approximately €1.30. I love this about China!!
The only downside has been the weather, because although we had the sun, thank God, here the wind is very cold and quite annoying. But apart from this it is worth visiting this city.
Now I am back off to Beijing!!
